Our county criminal search is a "hands-on" search conducted by thousands of researchers at court houses nationwide to ensure accuracy. This search reports details of felony and misdemeanor convictions, and open cases including: charge, offense date, conviction date, disposition and sentence. Considered the "Best Practices" approach to criminal history investigations.
The statewide criminal search is completed by searching records at the State Central Criminal Repository depending on availability and state law. All counties report their criminal records to the highest federal court in the district. Some states have a "closed repository" and can only be accessed by law officials while other states require access fees.
The Federal Criminal search investigates the federal courts for convictions of crimes that occurred on federal property and convictions of federal law violations such as tax evasion, mail and wire fraud, drug trafficking, immigration law violations and postal offenses. Records provide a criminal history from the date of disposition to parole or release from imprisonment.
USCrim National Criminal Search
Our nationwide "US Crim" search is a comprehensive database search that provides same day access to the largest criminal database available with millions of offense records. It is a valuable information resource that may discover convictions in counties not identified in a Social Security Address Locator or Credit Report if the subject never lived in that county.
National & State Sex Offender Registry Search
Our Sex Offender Registry Searches researches records for one or as many states as needed. It reveals any prior state record as a convicted sex offender. Rules vary by state; however we will attempt to verify the individual’s information and sentence from court records in the event that a record is found.
Credit Report
This report will offer insight into the applicant's reliability and a sense of their personal responsibility. The report will include derogatory credit information, public filings (bankruptcies, liens and judgments) as well as previous addresses. This is especially useful for companies whose candidates will have check-writing privileges or other access to company funds.
OIG/GSA Name Search
Searches US Dept. of Health and Human Services and the Office of Inspector General's database for individuals and businesses excluded or sanctioned from participating in Medicare, Medicaid, or other federally funded programs. This search is vital for healthcare industries.
Drug Screening
We use a vast network of collection sites and laboratories to provide you and your applicants with convenient drug testing locations. Several methods are offered, including: Lab-based urine, instant urine, oral swab, and hair follicle. Negative results can be available within 30 minutes for most Lab-based urine sites. All positive tests will automatically be reviewed by the MRO (Medical Review Officer), a licensed physician. Consolidated ordering, reporting and billing help further streamline your screening process.
County & Federal Civil History
A search of records in the appropriate civil court is conducted, and all civil action on file is reported. Federal Civil history will include civil cases involving alleged violations of federal statutes or constitutional rights. Reported activity is generally limited to seven years, but older cases will be reported if requested and/or available.
National Wants & Warrants
This service identifies any current arrest warrants, along with the issuing agency and contact information. Arrest warrant information is a valuable addition to a criminal history search, as these charges will not appear in court records until a ruling has been made.
Driving History
A motor vehicle records examination is the ideal way to identify prospective employees with unsafe driving records to limit corporate risk. In some states, convictions for driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs cannot be found on the criminal court record and can only be revealed with a MVR examination. Reported information includes: State of issuance, issue and expiration date, license status, and any accident or violation history.

Worker’s compensation searches are highly recommended wherever physical activity is part of the job requirement. This information enables employers to avoid placing employees in position risk of re-injury and identify habitual claim filers. Worker’s Compensation History is a statewide search available in most states.

This searches numerous government watch lists which include individuals, organizations, and companies that have been placed on watch status by the United States Government. These individuals and entities may be a threat to global and national security and in most cases cannot be legally employed.
